Well, researchers have shown that if you use more of social media, you lose out on productivity and you often become more stressed and anxious. Limit your Social Media usage and focus on what’s real. Rather than scrolling your Instagram feed and stalking others, you can maybe go out and play with your friends or maybe water a plant.
Maintain a Journal
At the end of the day, you could take 5 mins off and write down about your day. You could use journals to jot down your shortcomings or good things that happened on that particular day. This works wonders for some people. Sometimes you live the most amazing days of your life and some days are just okayish.

Get enough sleep
Getting enough sleep is important for your productivity. Researchers have shown that adults do require 7-8 hours of sleep every day. However, even if we get back to your bed, some of us limitlessly scroll our phones.
Most of the successful people keep their phones out of their bedrooms.
So make your bed a device-free zone so as to have a healthy and peaceful sleep.
