Plate composition

*6 to 8 servings of grains in the form of cereals, rice, and pasta

*2 to 4 servings of fruits and vegetables helping you to intake fiber, vitamin, and minerals

*2 to 3 servings of milk, yogurt, and cheese for calories (if underweight)

*2 to 3 servings of meat, poultry, fish and dry beans

*Use fats, oils, sweets sparingly
